E-Statements

Sign up today to receive your monthly statement electronically. E-statements save you time from waiting for the postal delivery of your statement and protects you from identity theft by not having your personal information sitting in your mailbox. The steps to sign up for E-Statements are listed below. If you have any questions please, contact your branch and a representative will be glad to help you.

SIGNING UP FOR E-STATEMENTS

1. Click on the E-statement link just below the internet banking sign-in.

2. On the next screen, click the button inside the "First time to our site?, To register"

3. You will need Adobe Acrobat latest version to view your statement.

4. Once Adobe is loaded, select the registration method. It defaults to a personal social security number. If your account is a business select "My account is set up with a business tax identification number." Press submit.

5. This brings you to a secure screen that requires you to type your first name, last name, and email address. Scroll down the screen to complete your personal information: social security number, birth date and account number.

6. Scroll down to set up your user name and password. Both the user name and password must be at least 8 characters long. Pacific Crest FCU recommends that your password be complex by using letters, numbers, and/or special characters for your protection.

7. The agreement page is brought up that tells you that all of your statements from the credit union will come electronically and that no paper statements will be mailed to your address. Just click "yes" to accept this agreement.

Congratulations, you are now set up to receive E-statements. You will receive an e-mail when your statement(s) or notices are available to be viewed.
