Community Involvement

Klamath Falls, OR (June 21, 2008). Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union was the title sponsor for the 2008 Klamath Air Show held at Kingsley Field. The day was full of aerobatic performers doing their amazing stunts and ended with the Thunderbird patriotic flights. Colonel Schiess states that if it was not for the title sponsorship from the credit union, this event would not have happened.

More than 20,000 people attended the show and brought over $3 million dollars into the local economy through hotels and restaurants.

The staff and Board of Directors were proud to be a part of the air show and supporting the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce, Kingsley Field and the local community.

Klamath County Fair

Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union supported the Klamath County Fair 4-H/FFA Rotary Livestock Auction by purchasing a swine and a steer at the auction. Also, a donation was made to the L.A. West/Tom Waters Scholarship. This support amounts to $5500.00 for the Klamath Basin. The 4-H/FFA program teaches youth about financial responsibility through raising an animal.
