The elected members to the Board of Directors are: DeAnn Akins & Bob Boring.

February 2009, the Ross Ragland Theater recently completed its railing project thanks to the generous help from Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union. In honor of the theater's 20th anniversary, the credit union donated $20,000 for the capital improvement.

On January 24, 2009, Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union was awarded the 1st President's Award at the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner. This award was for appreciation in partnering with the Chamber of Commerce through the 2008 Klamath Air Show, participation in the Military Affairs Committee (that welcomes home and sends off soldiers to Iraq & Afganistan) and Chamber's Ambassadors besides all of the other community events.

December 2008, the Klamath-Lake Counties Food Bank presented Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union the Hungry Hero Award. Niki Sampson stated, "Words cannot begin to express my thanks and gratitude for your support. Where do I begin the thank yous? Let's start with the food drive that collected 65 pounds of much needed food. Then, there's your Safeway Supermarket Saturday, "Tonage Sponsorship" of $250. Of course, let's not leave out the teller donations that totaled $150. These two monetary donations allowed us to access, store, and distribute nearly 6000 pounds of much needed food.

My biggest heartfelt thanks goes to all of you for being a big part of the food bank's "Adopt-A-Family" program. The $1200 donation allowed us to provide gift and goodies to 3 families and made the best Christmas they've ever had. They'll never, ever forget it. What they were able to forget was the tragic year they endured-even if it was for just a little while."
