Members and non-members have been receiving fraudulent telephone calls and text messages from someone identifying themselves as representing Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union and stating that there is a problem with an ATM card, Debit card, or overdrawn account. Please be aware that these calls are fraudulent, and do not give out personal information, information regarding your account, or information regarding your ATM or Debit cards over the phone.
